Shipping Information

  • Complimentary Standard Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping for all orders of diabetes devices and supplies within the United States. 
  • Prompt Order Processing: Orders are fulfilled within 48 hours of receipt, with an expected delivery timeframe of 3 to 5 business days. 
  • Discreet and Secure Delivery: To protect your privacy and ensure your order arrives in optimal condition, we utilize discreet packaging and secure delivery methods. 
  • Order Tracking: Customers can track their order status and delivery confirmation online or by contacting our customer service team. 

 

Shipping Options 

  • Standard Shipping: Complimentary for all orders within the United States. The average delivery timeframe is 3 to 5 business days, though shipments to states like Hawaii and Alaska may take longer. 
  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. 

 

Shipping Restrictions 

  • Address Limitations: We will ship to PO boxes but will not ship to APO/FPO addresses or U.S. territories. 
  • Legal Compliance: Shipments are not made to countries where diabetes devices and supplies are prohibited or restricted by law. 
  • Liability: We are not liable for any delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. 

 

Damaged or Missing Orders 

  • Reporting Issues: Should your order be damaged or missing, please email support@livetula.com within 7 days of receipt. We will investigate the issue and provide a replacement if necessary. 
  • Replacement Processing: Cases can take up to 3 to 7 days to process once initiated.
